Eve-Ly Villberg (Luiga), born 1964 in Estonia small town Keila. She is an artist and calligrapher based in Tallinn. Eve-Ly received her art education at Kopli Art Gymnasium (formerly known as Tallinn 24th Secondary School) in the applied arts class and at the Open Academy of the Estonian Academy of Arts (EKA) through various courses.
She has learned different painting techniques in Open Academy of Estonian Art Academy and under the guidance of a personal mentor and painting teacher Kerttu Soans (Lootuse Maalistuudio). Her calligraphy skills were acquired at Villu Tootsi Calligraphy School, Tallinn Folk High School, Tallinn Calligraphy School, and in international workshops by artists such as Massimo Polello, Loredana Zega etc.
The artist has had 26 solo exhibitions and has participated in group exhibitions in Estonia, Finland, Spain and London. She has worked as a decorator-calligrapher and sales manager in various companies. In the past year Eve-Ly has been working as a freelancer, while also studying and acquiring new knowledge in the field of social media and digital marketing.

Her uncle, who lived in Sweden, served as a major inspiration to her with his passion for painting. At an early age, she discovered the joys of drawing and spent most of her childhood drawing and participating in art circles.
Eve-Ly Villberg's works are diverse. In her painting, she combines various techniques. While she previously used only a palette knife, in recent years she has mostly relied on sponges and brushes, creating unique artworks that invite viewers to think, feel, and discover joy in the depiction. Her paintings are often deeply emotional, reflecting human experiences and various aspects of life.
